What I’m looking for

I am looking to acquire an established behavioral health practice whose owner is starting to think about what comes next. A practice does not need to offer everything below. If yours is a little different but you think we may be a good fit, please reach out.

  • Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), adult or adolescentStructured treatment several hours a day, a few days a week, while the patient lives at home.
  • Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), adult or adolescentFull-day treatment, most days of the week, without an overnight stay.
  • Mental health counselingIndividual, group or family therapy.
  • Medication managementPrescribing and monitoring psychiatric medication.
  • TMS or SpravatoTwo treatments for depression that has not responded to medication: magnetic stimulation of the brain, and a prescription nasal spray given under supervision.

Size: practices with roughly $4M to $40M in annual revenue and $500K to $4M in annual profit, including the owner’s salary.
