About me

Behavioral healthcare changed the course of my life as a teenager. I am on a mission to expand this kind of care for those who need it. To help people not only to get their lives back, but to reach their fullest potential.

Where I come from

Alexa Clark

I grew up in South Africa, then fell in love with the US as a teenager and moved here as a lucky green card lottery winner. Growing up, my mother was an entrepreneur, and her small business powered my family and many others. From her I learned what a small business can do for the people who work there and the people it serves.

What I bring

I started my career as a consultant at Bain & Co., and ran a small business at nights and on weekends. Having fallen in love with building a business instead of advising others, I then joined the leadership team of a startup brand, which I helped grow from a small online company into a top-selling brand across the US’s largest retailers.

In a practice, I would put that experience into the work behind the care: hiring, operations, insurance, and growth, so that clinicians can spend their time with patients.
