My approach
You built your practice around your patients and the people who care for them. If you entrust me with taking over, this is how I will continue to care for them and for the practice you’ve created.

My commitments to you
People first
The clinicians and staff are the practice. I will look after them, keep the team together, and earn their trust.
Long-term ownership
I am buying one practice to own and run for the long term. I am not a private equity fund that will “flip” your practice to sell it in 5 years.
Clinicians lead the care
Clinical decisions stay with clinicians. My job is to support them, and to help the practice reach more of the patients who need it.
Rolling up my sleeves
I will run the practice myself, full time, and in person. I intend to make this my whole focus and to pour my heart into running it.
How this compares
| Sable Health | Private equity | Larger provider | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goals for your practice | Grow one practice over the long term (10, 20+ years) | Add to a large portfolio of other clinics, usually sell again in about 5 years | Absorb into a larger organization |
| Who you work with | Me, directly, with flexible terms | A large team of investors and lawyers with complex and strict terms | Very strict terms, pay often tied to performance targets |
| Your clinicians and staff | Kept together, and central to the plan for the practice | At risk | At risk |
| Patient care | Clinical decisions stay with clinicians; growth means reaching more patients | Decisions often driven by short-term returns to investors | Brought in line with the parent organization’s ways of working |
| Your role afterwards | Flexible and agreed together, from a full handover to staying on if desired | Often a 2-3 year commitment with financial contingencies | Varies |
